Wimbledon Wedding Photographer | The Light House Restaurant

Annabel & Ed married in a St Andrews, a lovely little church in Cobham, London. After we travelled to The Light House Restaurant in Wimbledon for the reception, Agatha Christie themed decoration with a hint of Art Deco.

The ceremony

I met Ed and his groomsmen at St Andrews Church in Cobham for some pre-wedding photos and to capture a few candid photographs of all their guests arriving. Ed and his groomsmen were a lot of fun to photograph, I knew it was going to be a great day.

Annabel arrived in a style with a Rolls Royce silver wraith. As Annabel walked down the isle, Ed’s face lit up. The ceremony was so lovely, with readings from their close friends and singing.

The reception

The reception took place at The Light House Restaurant, and everyone was invited for relaxed drinks and canapés inside. The decoration was beautiful, each table was featuring and named after one of Agatha Christie’s books.

The Light House Restaurant food was incredible, some of the best wedding food I had ever tasted. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and then the speeches soon after.

The evening

Another touch of decoration was a type writer guest book, a fabulous idea! Everyone got involved and I had a great time capturing Annabel and Ed’s friends and family typing congratulations and lovely messages for the couple.

Soon into the evening there was a playlist of everyone’s favourites tunes, I remember Toto Africa being a massive hit with everyone. The dancing and singing went late into the evening and it was such a pleasure to photographs this lovely Wimbledon wedding.
