I’m Jacob, a Bath wedding photographer specialising in relaxed, documentary wedding photography for couples who want their day captured honestly, vibrantly, and exactly as it felt.


From Bath’s elegant Georgian architecture and iconic venues to the surrounding Somerset countryside, I photograph weddings across Bath and the South West, telling real stories with heart, emotion, and joy.

Do you photograph weddings outside of Bath?

Yes, I’m based on the outskirts of Bath and capture weddings in and around the city centre. However, I travel all across the South West, to London, and around Europe when invited. All of my main packages include travel within England and Wales.

How would you descripe your style?

I capture weddings in a documentary style, focusing on candid moments of you and your guests enjoying your special day. During group photos and couple portraits, I provide a little guidance to help things run smoothly, but I keep these moments relaxed to prevent you from feeling awkward in front of the camera.

How far in advance should we book in?

Most couples book 1–2 years in advance, but I’m happy to be flexible. If you’re getting married within a month or even up to three years in advance, please get in touch to check my availability.

How much does a wedding photographer in Bath cost?

Depending on the coverage you’d like, my packages range from £500 to £2,750. For couples with unique timelines, I also offer bespoke pay-per-hour packages. Please get in touch for details.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

Every wedding package includes fast previews, a handful of photos delivered the following week so you can start sharing and enjoying them. Your full gallery is typically ready within 5–7 weeks during peak wedding season.

We’re camera shy — can you help?

Absolutely! My style is perfect for those who feel camera shy. Many past couples have described my approach as “non-invasive,” “candid,” and “helpful in making us feel at ease.” You can read more in my previous reviews.

FAQ

How many photos will we receive?

Depending on your chosen package, my main packages include a minimum of 300–800+ images in an online gallery, free to download for you and your guests. Albums and prints are available at an additional cost.

Do you offer engagement shoots?

Yes! I love capturing engagement shoots; they’re a real highlight for me. They’re fun, stress-free, and a great way to spend time with your partner in a location you love. Plus, they help you get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day.
